The leadership of Nigeria Diaspora Security (NDSF) conveys their condolence to His Excellency, President Muhammad Buhari and the great people of Nigeria over the malicious and diabolical attack in Borno mosque attributed to Boko Haram.
Nigerians should know that the actions of the individuals responsible for this carnage and their sponsor does not align with the desire of the great people of Nigeria who are peace loving people.
NDSF is calling on the leadership of NIGERIA POLICE FORCE to setup a committee of academicians, serving NPF officers and security consultants to investigate Boko Haram interest in soft targets attacks to develop practical solutions and recommendations on how best to protect ordinary Nigerians.
NDSF is calling on the Ministry of Education to work on design, development and implementation of a Civil Education and De-radicalisation Curriculum for primary and secondary schools across Nigeria to ensure that we as a nation eradicate the drivers of terrorism and block the recruitment of vulnerable youths for acts of terrorism.
NDSF is calling on the 36 States of the Federation and their respective Executive Governors to work with all relevant stakeholders including community leaders to develop concrete avenues for Community-Government Engagement so that the community spirit is revived and youth empowered.
Nigeria Diaspora Security Forum (NDSF) will continue to support the FGN work to eradicate terrorism in our land which is alien to our culture!
