Hon Femi Gbajabiamila, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, has arrived in Ghana in a bid to address the continued harassment of Nigerian owned businesses in Ghana.

The Speaker announced his arrival via his verified Twitter handle on Wednesday, September 2.

He wrote, “Initial meeting with my host the Speaker of Ghanian Parliament who met me at the airport Hon Prof Mike Oquaye. We will meet again this evening.”

Recall that Hon Gbajabiamila informed State House correspondents after a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa yesterday that the president had approved his request to embark on the trip.
