Arsenal new coach after wenger

After Arsène Wenger left Arsenal in May 2018, the club appointed Unai Emery as their new head coach. Emery was a Spanish manager who had previously managed Sevilla, Valencia, and Paris Saint-Germain, among other clubs. He was appointed on May 23, 2018, and was tasked with rebuilding the team and restoring its success on the pitch.

However, Emery's tenure at Arsenal was short-lived and he was sacked on November 29, 2019, after a poor run of results. He was replaced by Mikel Arteta, a former Arsenal player who had been working as the club's assistant coach under Emery. Arteta was appointed as the new head coach on December 20, 2019, and has been in charge of the team since then.

Here is a brief summary of the coaches who have managed Arsenal since Wenger left:

  1. Unai Emery (May 2018 - November 2019)
  2. Freddie Ljungberg (Interim manager, November 2019 - December 2019)
  3. Mikel Arteta (December 2019 - present)
